Booking conditions:

• All above net rates are quoted in Thai-Baht per night per Chalet inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% tax.
• Maximum of 2 adults is allowed to stay in each chalet and one extra bed is able to arrange for the third person with additional charge for each night.
• An extra bed is inclusive of daily breakfast.

Benefits:

• Complimentary daily breakfast for 2 persons. The breakfast supplement will be charged at the rates of 250 Baht per adult, and 125 Baht per child per day. Every child must be mentioned on reservation.
• Complimentary daily minibar refilled.
• Complimentary fruit platter on arrival date served to chalet.
• Wireless Internet access via own laptop.

Children Policy:

• No extra charge for a child under 12 years old sharing same bedding with parents & exclude breakfast(Max 1 child). If your child is older than 12 years old then the adult room rate will be applicable.
• An available baby cot is free of charge.

Check-in / out time:

• Check in time : 14.00 hours.
• Check out time : 12.00 noon.
• Any room used from 12.00 noon to 06.00 pm. on the departure day charged at 50% of room rate and after 06.00 pm. is a full night charge.

Airport Transfers (One Way):

• Private Limousine : 600 Baht (maximum 2 persons), children under 6 yrs : Free
• Shared Van-adult : 300 Baht per person, children ages 6-12 yrs : 150 Baht per child.

Please note that the airport transfer rates are valid for transportation between 06.00 am. - 08.00 pm. A surcharge of 100 Baht per person will be applied for early morning or late night transportation.

• Payment is made at your time of check out by cash preferring.
• Credit card (Visa/ Master) accepted.

Late Cancellation- Shorten Stay & No Show Policy

• The deposit will be refundable less 10% of the amount of the deposit (equal at least 1,000 Baht) for admin fee, if the cancellation is followed by terms & conditions stated.
• If No-shows, late cancellation and any cases of reducing nights stay, the deposit is non-refundable.
