Booking conditions:

• All above net rates are quoted in Thai-Baht per night subject of 10% service charge and 7% tax.
• Maximum of 2 adults is allowed to stay in each chalet and one extra bed is able to arrange for third person with additional charge for each night.
• An extra bed is inclusive of daily breakfast.

Benefits:

• - Complementary daily breakfast for 2 persons. The breakfast supplement will be charged at the rates of THB 250.- per adult, and THB 125.- per child per day. Every child must be mentioned on reservation.
• Complementary daily minibar refilled.
• Complementary fruit platter on arrival date served to chalet.
• Wireless Internet access via own laptop.

Children Policy:

• There is no charge for children under 12 years to share the existing things in the same chalet with their parents, if above 12 years old is considered as adult.
• An available baby cot is free of charge.

Check-in / out time:

• Check-in time available from 1300 till 2230 hrs.
• Check out time 1200 noon. Upon request to be late check out till 1600 is free of charge subject to the availability, after 1800hrs it will be charged 50% of each room night rate.

Airport Transfers (One Way):

• Private Limousine: Baht 600. (maximum 3 persons), children under 6 yrs: Free
• Shared Van-adult: Baht 300.- per person, children ages 6-12 yrs: Baht 150.- per child.

Bookings Guarantee & Payment

• A valid credit card is required by the resort to guarantee each booking. The deposit will be charged to the card which it is vary to a season as follows:

• Payment is made at your time of check out by cash preferring.
• Credit card (Visa/ Master) accepted.

Late Cancellation- Shorten Stay & No Show Policy

• The deposit will be refundable less 10% of the amount of the deposit (equal at least 1,000.- Thai-Baht) for admin fee, if the cancellation is followed by terms & conditions stated.
• If No-shows, late cancellation and any cases of reducing nights stay, the deposit is non-refundable.
