Terms and Conditions:

• Rates are in Thai Baht on per villa per night basis and included to 10% service charge & 7% government taxes.
• Minimum stay of 5 nights for Peak and 3 consecutive nights for other season are acceptable reservation.
• Full duration deposit is required at the time of booking and non refundable.
• The resort reserves the right to change the rates without prior notice.
• Extra bed and baby cot are not available.

Long Term:

Price available on application from 90,000 Baht per month (min. 3 months required) depending on length of stay and period of occupation.

Benefits:

• Complimentary daily breakfast for 6 persons serve at Bangtao Beach Chalet Resort. Every child must be mentioned on reservation. The breakfast supplement will be charged at the rates of 200 Baht per child per day.
• Complementary daily minibar refilled.
• Complementary fruit platter on arrival date served to chalet.
• Wireless internet access via own laptop.
