Terms and Conditions:

• Rates are in Thai Baht on per suite per night basis and subject to 10% service charge & 7% government taxes.
• Minimum stay of 2 consecutive nights required.
• 50% deposit is required up on reservation and 50% rest will be charged on check – in date. It is nonrefundable.
• The resort reserves the right to change the rates without prior notice.

Long Term:

Price available on application from 150,000 Thai Baht per month (minimum 3 months required) depending on length of stay and period of occupation.

Benefits:

• - Complementary daily breakfast for 2 persons. The breakfast supplement will be charged at the rates of THB 250.- per adult, and THB 125.- per child per day. Every child must be mentioned on reservation.
